The Epidemiology Division developed a Faculty Pay Plan outlining principles, expectations, requirements and procedures. A division model was also developed. After achieving a general consensus among the Epidemiology Division faculty, and approval by the Chair of the Department, the Faculty Pay Plan was implemented during the 2^nd quarter of FY 1999-2000.
